Our Approach To Pain Relief
We Understand Your Struggle
Living with chronic pain (aka pain that persists) can feel like your body is betraying you. The activities that once brought you joy—hiking, surfing, sport, swimming, lifting, or simply playing with your kids—now seem out of reach. You’ve tried everything: doctors, medications, hands-on treatments, even surgery… yet lasting pain relief and effective pain management still feel impossible.
You’re not alone! Roughly 1 in 5 people experience chronic pain in Australia.
How We Can Help
We focus on long-term solutions for pain relief that empower you with the tools to restore your strength and confidence.
3 Steps To Lasting Pain Relief
Understand Your Pain
We help you make sense of what’s happening in your body, so you can stop feeling afraid of movement and start regaining control.
Reduce Pain Triggers
Together, we identify and adjust the movements, lifestyle factors, and habits that may be making your pain worse.
Rebuild Your Strength & Confidence
Through a structured, progressive approach, we help you safely reintroduce the movements and activities you love—so you can return to the things you love.
Our Ideal Client
At Physio Pain Coach, we help active individuals understand their pain, manage it effectively, rebuild trust in their bodies, and return to the activities they love—without relying on quick-fix treatments that don’t provide lasting pain relief.
We Work With People Who…
✔️ Are tired of temporary pain relief and want a real, sustainable solution for pain management.
✔️ Feel like they’ve tried everything—physio, meds, surgery—but nothing has worked long-term for pain relief.
✔️ Prefer to exhaust natural pain relief before looking into other alternatives.
✔️ Are open to a new approach, coachable, committed, and ready to take back control of their health.
✔️ Want to return to activities that they enjoy and bring meaning to their life.
The Reason Behind The Name
I believe the role of a Physiotherapist is similar to a coach rather than a healer. Your body has been created with amazing healing mechanisms that in most instances will heal completely if given the right environment. You are the healer! My role in your recovery is to use my expertise of the human body and pain to help you understand the problem and work with you to strategise a solution that will enable you to reach your goals. My goal is to inspire you to get back in the drivers seat of your own health. Book online if you would like to reclaim what pain has taken from you.
